DD11 p&o

DD11 pickled steel sheets comply with EN 10111 and are produced from hot-rolled steel that undergoes a pickling process to remove mill scale from the surface. The treatment creates a clean, smooth and uniform finish that improves the appearance of the material and prepares it for machining, fabrication or surface coating. As a result, this steel grade combines good formability, excellent weldability and reliable mechanical properties, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

The material is widely used for machine components, frames, brackets, base plates, light steel structures, agricultural equipment and general engineering parts. Manufacturers also choose it for equipment that requires accurate processing and consistent quality. Its clean surface simplifies painting, galvanising and other finishing operations while improving the quality of the finished product.

It can be processed by laser cutting, plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, bending, punching, drilling, machining and welding. These processing capabilities allow manufacturers to produce complex components with high dimensional accuracy while reducing production time and material waste. Good flatness and surface quality also improve efficiency during assembly and subsequent manufacturing operations.

Sidastico supplies DD11 pickled steel sheets cut to size in a wide range of thicknesses and dimensions. Every order is manufactured according to customer specifications to optimise production and minimise scrap. Each delivery includes an EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate, ensuring full traceability together with compliance with the required chemical and mechanical properties.

With extensive stock availability, modern processing facilities and efficient logistics, Sidastico guarantees fast deliveries and dependable supply. Customers benefit from certified steel sheets that combine versatility, excellent workability and consistent quality for mechanical engineering, industrial fabrication and structural applications.
