Sidastico’s decoiling line 2130 is used for:
- thickness: 0,6 – 6 mm
- width of coils: 500 – 2130 mm
- length of plates: 400 mm – 14.7 mt

DECOILING LINE 2540

Sidastico’s decoiling line 2540 is used for:
- thickness: 4 – 20 mm
- width of coils: 1000 – 2540 mm
- length of plates: 1000 mm – 14.7 mt

MARKING

Sidastico provides 2 types of marking:
- paint marking
- punch marking

EDGE TRIMMING

2 types of edge trimming:
- edge trimming -> available for coils with thickness ≤ 6mm and width ≤ 2130mm
- external service of edge trimming -> available for coils and plates with thickness > 6mm

BRUSHING AND VACUUM SCALE REMOVING

The steel plates with brushed and vacuum cleaned surface are perfect for laser cutting and they could be a good alternative to the pickling process.

PACKING AND LABELLING

Sidastico’s packing options are the following ones:
- Standard packing for steel sheets
- Packing with wooden beams strapped to the bundles
- Packing with pallets
Besides, both Sidastico’s decoiling plants have a fully automated labelling machine. Every package has an adhesive label with standard indications. It is also possible, on demand, to personalize the label.
